Talking of new things, cycling hasn't taken long to jump on the 3D printing bandwagon as a Gloucestershire engineering firm has built a titanium one-off bike that comes in lighter than the traditionally built version of the same bike.
Obviously, to complement your 3D printed bike there needs to be something new in tyres. Perhaps you might go a step beyond the accepted new standard of tubeless and look for something with a dual chamber like these prototypes from Schwable and Syntace.
