Getting Away at Easter.

You can consider this a bonus post to make up for the missing one earlier this week, given that it’s Good Friday.

What that means is that there will be nothing new here until Tuesday 2nd April, where, I assume, the bad weather will continue into what was previously known as Spring. It also means a whole four days off work.

It’s undoubtedly too late for you now to fabricate that perfect partner-happy and lots of riding break, and it’s going to be freezing anyway, but for the next time this comes up I strongly suggest you look at a website I was recently made aware of.

Beds For Cyclists won’t necessarily allow you to share a bed with your bike, but will give you great ideas of places to stay where it will be kept safe while you hit the bar and enjoy the traditional hotel fun with your partner.

I genuinely think it’s a great resource that will avoid those awkward “I might be bringing a muddy mountain bike” telephone calls.
