I’m taking a bit of a break from ranting about other cyclists in London to highlight some new things that I came across.
Starting at the worthy end Bradley Wiggins has launched a new charity called the Bradley Wiggins Foundation, with the aim of promoting sport for all and helping talent to improve and achieve with equipment and support.
Moving to something a bit more fun, but still with a solid basis in improving the world (in some way), Audi have produced an e-bike that is designed to do the sort of fun things that you want to do on a bike, not just to lumber from work to the shops and home. Is it a bicycle or basically a motorbike? I’m not sure, but here’s a video of a man riding it with his helmet undone:
Talking of helmets (ohh, slick!), I almost wish they did these animal themed ones in adult-sizes.
