I should start by saying that probably in no way due to the influence of this blog, and almost certainly more down to the outrage of cycling magazines and professional cyclists, the rugby player did apologise for his comments about cyclists.
So in new news, it turns out that the Boris Bikes are finding a new audience in central London muggers. Although there are some good points about how this doesn’t exactly make them anonymous. Although you have to know which of the thousands of bike hirers it was that actually mugged you to find them in the end.
Also, in case you were worried that riding a bike to work made you uncool, then you’ll be relieved to know that people who know are making sure it really is. Does this in some way actually make it uncool again if people are trying just this hard?
