Ride Like MacAskill

It might seem like this blog is degenerating into a lazy collection of video clips, but I can assure you it’s just because there are so many good ones around at the moment. It also gives us inspiration for the ongoing FMFT Film project so it won’t just be other people’s videos for long.

Getting on with the action, here is Mr MacAskill showing you how to pull a 360 off a flight of stairs. I think you’ll agree it looks pretty simple so if I don’t see everyone on a bike taking steps this way in future I will be disappointed:



On the subject of the street trials supremo, who will be following the 360 clip with more how-tos in the future, here is a trailer for a film all about him to be shown at a special event in Edinburgh:



As you can see it includes some bits where he gets it a little bit wrong. If you’re the sort of sick person who enjoys that type of thing then you’ll probably also like this video:
