Behind the Scenes

If I've learnt anything it's that people generally can't get enough of seeing behind the scenes of stuff they enjoy.

I mean, this is entirely based on my own interest and nosiness, but it must be true for other people too, right?

On the assumption that it is I figured you'd enjoy a look at how a photoshoot on a popular mountain bike magazine is organised.

For anyone who thinks they should take more pictures on a ride, but then ends up enjoying the ride too much to stop and sort them out then this sounds like more hard work than you could ever imagine, but worth it for the glorious pictures, I think you'll agree.

There was also a glimpse behind the preparation of those pro riders on Specialized-sponsored teams at a training camp. Who knew that there is so much work that goes on before the riders set off to potter round France!
