Enduring

The enduro season wrapped up what has to be the breakthrough year for the discipline over the weekend with the SuperEnduro wins for Jerome Clemenz and Tracey Mosely. It's awsome to see T-Mo still at the top of mountain biking after she retired from downhill.

For anyone planning their own enduro-style long downhill there was news from Snowdon that materials for the upcoming repair work to mountain bikers favourite Rangers Path have been heli-dropped onto the the path itself, making it tricky to ride (or indeed walk past).

My weekend was spend hiding from the rain and replacing brake pads ready for them to be ground to oblivion back in the mud. I've ordered new ones already to have waiting for the inevitable.

Meanwhile in the department of needlessly redesigning things there was this hubless bike idea. Would it even ride, and would you want it to?
