More Downhill

After a week that featured me riding a bit too much for some of you it's good that there's a big race to look forward to at the weekend.

The mountain bike World Cup arrives in Canada for the Mt St Anne leg and after a series of technical tracks it'll be interesting to see how the leaders in the downhill cope on the fast wide track here.

With the time difference it will be live on Sunday evening, but that's ok because Top Gear has finished.

Otherwise I'llbe hoping to feel well enough to hit the trails and there might be more of that.
