Racing Back

Even if the weather isn’t quite catching up, the seasons are changing in competitive cycling and there are races to talk about. The Track World Championships took place in Minsk over the last few days and Britain made a more-than-solid start to the campaign to dominate at Rio with five gold, two silver and two bronze medals.

Four of those medals went to Becky James, as she came out of the shadow of not competing at the London Olympics and was able to shine as a double world champion.

I am reliably informed by “the kids” that this is an internet craze and ChopMTB have a nice collection of mountain bike Harlem Shakes. Keeping up with the trends right here on FMFT.

I mentioned Cedric Gracia yesterday but he is worth another look as he flies back to form after that horrendous crash. Predictably and flamboyantly he smashed into the race at the Valparaiso Cerro Abajo Urban Downhill race, taking fourth with this run:
