New Teams, New Plans and Rummaging in the Loft

Bradley Wiggins has been a busy guy preparing for the new season as well as giving interviews, targeting the Giro D’Italia, and lending his support to the new British ladies pro-cycling team, Wiggle Honda. You can find out about the team and the plans for this season as many of our best track stars look to make a splash on the road on the website.

Sir Bradley’s interview with the Guardian is here:

For an alternative view they also spoke with Chris Froome about what he is after this year, and a nice little profile of where he’s come from. It will be interesting o see what his possible success in the Tour could do for the African cycling scene that he had to leave to get support.

Away from the heights of the pro scene a sobering video from the London Cycling Campaign, should give even experienced commuters a moment’s thought.

To finish off a Monday where I imagine you are wondering if rain and wind really are better than snow and ice how about a trip to Steve Peat’s attic?
