This weekend will see what, for many people, is the highlight of the cycling year. Never mind your Tours de France and Olympics, the Fort William round of the Downhill World Cup is here.

If you’ve not braved the rain (which will hold away the midges) to go there and see for your self then here’s all you need to know to not be there and still enjoy it.
