It’s almost like I’m getting punished for something.
Imagine you’re leaving work for your usual ride home with a bit of a cold anyway, wondering about whether work is a good idea at all the next day. What would be high up on your list of things you would prefer not to happen?
If you answered,
“a thunder storm with hail”
Then give yourself a gold star.
I definitely did not want to ride home in shorts through that.
Hail on bare knees really hurts for a start, and also it’s cold and very wet. And also a Jaguar driver will decide to cut too close to you in a big puddle, drenching your foot with freezing water. It will not help your cold.
Now I have wet clothes yet again. Really getting fed up of this winter dragging on.
