At the end of a wet and annoying week for cycling to work there is some positive news to head into the weekend.
In the Addison Lee issue two things caught my eye. Firstly the government looks to have cancelled their contract with the firm, then the chairman failed to make a Radio 4 debate as he was stuck in traffic (love a bit of irony).
In something that the Addison Lee man will almost certainly not be happy about (apart from the lack of a London stage, I guess), the Tour Of Britain 2012 route has been announced. It’s billed as the toughest ever and avoids London which will have suffered with enough disruption with the Olympics. I’m looking forward to it already.
