Proper Commuting

If you thought it was just pro cyclists and people who were better than you that British Cycling was interested in profiling, then think again. It turns out they have started a series on commuters, so you could also find yourself featured. Next we just need sponsorship deals for commuters and I’ll be happy!

Taking things a bit further than a trip to work, a Blue Peter presenter is setting out to ride a bike to the South Pole. I only hope she’s read these rules for female cyclists and doesn’t embarrass herself at any point.

Finally, if you’ve been following downhill mountain biking for a while you’ll know about Shaun Palmer. Here’s a film that profiles his achievements.
