Hand-Made Bikes.

Here at FMFT we love the idea of bikes that are just that little bit more original than the offerings from the big bike companies. Seeing the words “hand built” and “finest grades of titanium and steel” make us come over a bit covetous, especially when they’re linked to something a bit fancy-looking.

We were recently made aware of a company making a couple of bikes that fit just this description and if you are also a bit swayed by the idea of small concerns turning out quality products then have a look at Stanton Bikes. I know they’ve gone on my list of places to check out when I’m looking for my next bike, and who knows, this sort of major exposure on the internet might just score us a test-ride.

If you are thinking of getting a new bike, or in fact if you just have one you don’t want to lose, then you could do a lot worse than taking a quick look at this gallery of what not to do when locking things up in order to make sure it remains yours.

(I wanted to call this post "Stanton Lock" but that seemed a bit obscure)
