Crashing Cairns

You might remember I said that there was drama on the downhill course in Cairns as a spectator stole an injured rider's bike and attempted to ride it down the track. If you thought that would be the last you heard of it then you are forgetting that everyone these days is a video-journalist.

I think that's called comeuppance.

While all this was going on the pros were getting on with the more important task of racing on a track that had been turned super technical by the weather. Madison-Saracen are one of the most successful teams on the circuit, helped in no small part by the talent of Manon Carpenter.

Here's a view on their weekend down under.
