Monday Again

There was excellent news in the fight for equality between the women's professional bike scene and the men's as the final stage of the Tour de France will feature a women's race alongside the mens'.

It's a good move to at least promote both sides of the sport equally, even if the profile of the race for the men is still far higher, it's a step in the right direction.

In other news there has been a move to put in bike cameras to help to keep cyclists safe on the busy arterial route of the Gloucester Road in Bristol.

Hopefully more interesting things will happen as the week goes forward.
