Sometimes you see hints that cycling is breaking firmly through into the mainstream. I had one of those moments this morning where, for the first time I can remember, I saw an advert for a cycling product on the back of a bus I was following.
The ad was for Schwable Tyres and is the kind of promotion you usually only see in cycling magazines and around cycling events. For some reason it made me happy.
Talking of roads and bikes you could trick the car-brigade with a cunningly disguised bike that might even make the hardened petrol-heads jealous
The weather for the weekend looks reasonable so I will be fighting off a niggling ill and fixing one or more of the bikes that are broken, and getting out there if I possibly can.
