It seems it’s started.
Those days where you get wet riding both to and from work, followed by evenings
of trying to dry clothe out and wishing it was still summer. On the plus side
you start to set yourself apart form the other cyclists on the commute and in
the office, as the one who will ride home when it’s wet and cold.
I can’t say I enjoy it
all that much, but just remember that you could be standing in the rain waiting
for a bus for just as long as you’re riding, so it works out for the best.
At least there’s still
the Tour of Britain and the end of the Vuelta to look forward to and some last
great performances from British riders to hope for.
