There may be some of you not so keen on the tales of Wales, so I shall try to intersperse them with, you know, actual news from the internet for you.
Today I’ll start with all that’s new in the world of bicycle theft. For example it seems that in some places people will go as far as to cut down an entire tree in order to take a cheap bike. Luckily, and in a damning indication of the fitness level of some American teenagers, there’s a chance that the thieves will just get tired through the effort of riding away and can be easily caught. Talking of America, I’ll leave you to make your own mind up about this bit of ed-op from there. If I say anything I risk being just as xenophobic…
Not all Americans are as unfit or bigoted as these examples and some are starting young at being pretty chuffed with being able to ride a bike.
Some are just plain cool in a way that is hard to put a finger on.
