This week FMFT will mostly be hoping for good weather and for no broken bodies or bikes as the now-traditional summer trip away approaches.
Our dreams are going to be dominated by mountain biking, so excuse me if I focus a little there rather on other areas of cycling. To start off I’m hoping that our trip doesn’t leave me so exhausted that I’m wishing for an electric off-road bike. There are moment’s it’s tempting, but I think it’s important to hold onto the actual exercise part of cycling, or just jack it all in and buy a motocross bike.
