Ploughing, Slots, and A Flipping Impressive Pair

As we may have mentioned before bad weather can be a pain and leave you less inclined to ride your bike. When it gets really bad then you have two clear options. You can either customise your bike to let you get out through the snow drifts, like this guy or give up and stay at home.

If you decide to stay in the warm and dry you needn’t give up on cycling altogether. You can get the same thrill of high-speed Olympic standard track racing on a far smaller scale (although a bigger one than the Red Bull Mini-drome) with the Scalextric London 2012 cycling edition that’s due to be released in September. it promises all the fun of the real thing, but without the effort of being an Olympic-standard athlete.

Just too late for our looning about on bikes edition yesterday this video hit our internet fishing line. We think you’ll be impressed.

Finally, there will be no post tomorrow, but we'll be back on Monday as usual.
