Any of you observant enough might have noticed a deliberate (honest) mistake yesterday. Yes, we got so excited about the video of Gee Atherton racing a motorbike that we slotted it in to the schedule ahead of a less thrilling post about news in London without remembering to change the start of the piece which said it was a Friday. Hopefully this hasn’t confused and disappointed too many of you, and we can only apologise that there is most of a week to get through before it actually is Friday again.
Sticking neatly with the theme of both days we today have exciting video action, all from within London, proving that there is some fun to be had on a bike in the city, not just the thrill of not getting obliterated by the traffic.
You can, for example, hire a Boris Bike and go and play in a skate park, like in this video. It seems that even Boris himself can’t resist a bit of BMX style action.
Even more impressively, here is another video from Danny MacAskill (who has a new website that launched last week). This time it’s all from the streets of the capital and is still just as brilliant as ever.
