Advice to Keep You and Your Bike Safe

If you were wondering how Danny MacAskill manages his insane riding, then perhaps some of the answer lies in this study. Unfortunately for us mere mortals it seems that the ability to ride a bike well might just be something that you are born with. This might mean that if you’re not already pulling front flips off historical monuments then you might not actually be able to do it. Settling for getting your cycling kicks in a less dramatic way might be sad, but it’s less likely to end up with a broken body or bike for most of us.

Somewhat less exciting is the ongoing problem of bike theft. Obviously the usual solution is to make sure your bike is locked properly – or not let out of your sight, but if you have a more interesting solution then Goinggoingbike want to know about it. If you have an answer to keeping your bike, well, yours, then send them a picture and you could win a prize.

Remember, the best way to keep your bike from getting stolen is never to stop riding it.
