Dancing Robots and One Wheel Riding

As the evenings get lighter you’re probably wondering what to do with your bike lights? It’s a shame to leave them unflashing and dark all summer so we’re starting an irregular series (which may or may not continue, depending on how inventive we, or anyone else, are) on alternative uses for your lights through the summer.

Our first excellent use came courtesy of excellent and very fun girl guitar band, Robots in Disguise. At their London date in Kings College Union they showed that you can convert your rear flashing light into effective eyes for cardboard dancing robots.

This should also ensure that you’re entertaining people and probably even help you write catchy and dance-out-loud songs as well.

If this is sounding a little like a band review blog, and you’re missing some proper cycling, don’t worry we’re catering for you as well this morning.

Here is another thrilling bike video we tracked down on the internet:

Oh, yeah, I did say “proper” cycling, didn’t I. Sorry.
